Exploring the gravel covered shoreline of Waterton Lake, the air is crisp and filled with the subtle sounds of the waves rolling smoothly onto the rocky banks. With our bare feet we seem to have to wade through the loose gravel, as our feet sink - step by step - into this mud-like surface made up of tiny pebbles.
Discovering the sensation of pure relaxation slowly penetrating our entire bodies, moving from our feet upwards. Allowing the pebble stones message the bottoms and sides of our bare feet; and so we walk along the shoreline focusing our view on the beautiful and simultaneously mysterious looking Prince of Wales Hotel.
